Rittenhouse Builders
The latest website design I have had the honor to be a part of was for this long-time client of the agency. Complete with updated branding, the website was a chance to revolutionize the brand and introduce a new way of thinking. We researched how their audience had altered over the past several years and rethought how we could connect the message to them. The budget included photo shoots for chosen featured projects, and the concept was to include people. The design team constructed and deconstructed ideas of how to do this before focusing in on one: Rittenhouse will build a home you love to live in.
The overall design direction is a combination of our design team, and I’m proud of how we worked with the programmer to bring life to the site. With the goal of having their clients’ voices intricately involved in the site, we wove videos and testimonial text within a structured grid of portfolio photos and copy.
THE PHOTOSHOOTS
I directed 4 photo shoots for this project, sometimes with another person from my team, sometimes by myself. I revisited our conceptualizing of these future shoots to search for perfect props and placements. Working shoulder-to-shoulder with trusted photographers, we captured the emotion, the details, the impressive work, and most importantly, the life, that Rittenhouse helps build.
